If you have a medical history where you have needed psychiatric help or if you have needed to undergo some kind of psychological treatment program, we would advise you to consult your doctor or psychologist before coming to a course with us. Our courses should not be seen as treatment programs.
You register for a course by, after having received an invitation to a course, immediately paying half of the course fee. The remaining half of the course fee you pay 30 days prior to course start. If you pay after the set date, please contact the office to check to see that you still have a place on the course. After the set date for payment the place may have been given to someone else.
Should you wish to cancel your booking sooner than 4 weeks before course start, we will subtract SEK 500,00 from the course fee (administrative costs) remaining part will be reimbursed. In case of cancellation 4 weeks prior to course start or later, the course fee will not be reimbursed except in case of illness, medical certificate required. We then deduct SEK 500,00 (administrative costs), remaining sum will be reimbursed.
If you decline an offered place on a course, but would like to attend at another time, you will be placed last on the interest list for the actual course. If the interest list is closed at that moment in time you will have to wait till it is re-opened and then again contact us if you are interested in the course.
Minimum age for participation on a course is 18 years.
Your address and telephone number will be shared with the other participants on the course. If you do not wish to have them shared inform us on the first payment or contact us before payment.
If you, on your payment also give us your date of birth, Year-Month-Day, it will facilitate our administrative work. This information will only be for internal use, and will not be shared with other course participants.
We can offer you a lift to and from Lindesberg railway- & bus station. Contact us for information about the price for this service. Hours for arrival at Gamla Byskolan are 10.00 am - 06.00 pm if you make your own way here. If you have booked a time to be collected from the railway station, but do not turn up at the time agreed upon (and if you have not phoned us to arrange a new time) we will charge you for the trip we have made to the station. If you wish to book a new time to be collected it is possible, but we will have to charge you for that as well.
Perfume/aftershave is not allowed during courses out of consideration for allergists.
You should have informed us at least one month prior to course start if you have special needs regarding diet. We can provide special diets if it is due to ethical or medical reasons. We expect the person who does order a special diet to eat that food as the portions are planned according to the number of participants. We can unfortuantely not provide special diets for pure wellbeing or cater to other temporary diets.
Alcohol consumption is not allowed during any of our courses.
Personal belongings left behind at the course centre will be saved for two months after completed course.
We make reservation for possible price changes.
