General
Our prices are for people in general & companies in Sweden. Within Sweden there is no delivery rate. If you order from another country than Sweden you will have to pay for delivery. We make reservation for possible price changes and incorrect information due to technical or human error.
In order to purchase something from us you have to be over 18 years of age.
We make reservation for possible errors in the article information and reserve the right for price changes without prior notice.
A completed order means that you accept our conditions of purchase and consent to having your name and other personal information (company details) registered in our customer register.
If you purchase a ticket for one of our events/clairvoyant demonstrations, remember that you have to bring the ticket to be allowed admission. Lost tickets will not be replaced.
We reserve the right to deny admission to our clairvoyant demonstrations/events, if we have the reason to believe that someone comes with the intent to disturb. If that should happen the ticket cost will be refunded by Creative Experiences Terry Evans AB.
Clairvoyant demonstration/Event
Age limit 18 years or accompanied by an adult.
Your order will be handled and dispatched within 1-3 weeks. If a ticket is purchased within three weeks of the clairvoyant demonstration/event the tickets will be dispatched immediately.
Paid and delivered tickets will not be refunded.
Lost ticket will not be replaced.
Out of respect for other visitors it is not permitted to take photos, record or interview at a clairvoyant demonstration. If you are interested in an interview etc contact the office prior to the event to discuss this. You will find contact information on our website at "About us" and "Contact information".
Prices
All prices are given in Swedish kronor inclusive of statutory VAT according to Swedish law (Book 6%, CD 25%, Tickets 25%).

Shipment damages
Upon receiving the ordered items immediately check to see that nothing is damaged and that the amount of items is correct. Should there be something wrong with the ordered items please contact us as soon as possible, within 14 days of the date you received the item. Immediately report any shipment damages to the post office that delivered the parcel or where you collected the parcel (procedure within Sweden).
Complaint
We guarantee that the items you have ordered are without flaw at the time of delivery. Should you receive a defective or incorrect item contact us as soon as possible within 14 days of the date you received the item. You will find contact information on our website at "About us" and "Contact information". If you have received an incorrect item you return it to us unused, undamaged and in the sealed package. Return the item along with the order/delivery note and state the reason for the return at the back of the note. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the items unless otherwise has been agreed upon.
Returns guarantee
Regarding items such as Book & CD, but not tickets:
Under the terms of the distance agreement law (Swedish law) you have the right to return ordered, non-defective items (i.e. not tickets) without giving a reason. Inform us at Creative Experiences Terry Evans AB as soon as possible, within 14 days of the date you received the item. You will find phone number and e-mail address in the enclosed letter and on our website at "About us" and "Contact information". The returned items must be unused, undamaged and in the sealed original package. Return the item along with the order/delivery note and state the reason for the return "Returns guarantee" at the back of the note. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the items unless otherwise has been agreed upon in writing.
Regarding tickets:
Paid and delivered tickets will not be refunded. Lost tickets will not be refunded. If the event is cancelled by Creative Experiences Terry Evans AB due to illness etc. the ticket cost will be refunded.
Customer register/Customer information
In order to be able to shop from us you have to enter the obligatory information at customer registration. If we do not have your e-mail address we cannot send an order confirmation and we cannot inform you about known delivery delays or if a part of your order cannot be delivered. Every time you place a new order with us you should check to see if previously entered address information is correct.
Creative Experiences Terry Evans AB stores all the information about their customers in a customer register in order to be able to deliver ordered items in the best way possible. The customer register is also important so that Creative Experiences Terry Evans AB easily can contact you for the best possible service. The information in the customer register can also be used so that Creative Experiences Terry Evans AB is able to send special offers and information to you about our new products, if you agreed to this upon registration.
Creative Experiences Terry Evans AB´s usage of the customer register is according to what is prescribed in the Privacy Protection Law.

Privacy Protection Law
Creative Experiences will store your name, address and other contact information. The information about your purchases, total sum and number of items will also be managed. The information will be used by us to fulfill the mutual rights and responsibilities pertaining to customer and company (payment and delivery of items etc.). The information will never be provided to a third-party or for marketing purposes. If you would like to end the customer relation completely after an active period of purchases please notify us in order for us to delete your personal information.
Privacy policy
The customer information that you have registered with Creative Experiences Terry Evans AB will never be provided to a third-party. It will only be used within the company to administrate orders, payments etc.
Payment / payment options / Secure payment
1. Secure payment with debit/credit card by DIBS (VISA & MasterCard)
2. Secure Internet-bank payment by DIBS (Swedbank)

You, the customer, is responsible for making sure that your account is covered until we debit money from your account. If your account is uncovered or if it for some other reason is not possible to debit the money we have the right to send an invoice with the current amount.
When the card payment has been implemented the purchasing sum will be reserved on your credit/debit card or on your bank account. But we will not debit money from your credit/debit card or the bank account until just before delivery of the ordered item.
If you choose to pay by card or by internet-bank payment we want to inform you that the latest technology within encryption is being used to protect the information you give upon payment. Creative Experiences Terry Evans AB is a customer of DIBS, that deals with all our card and internet-bank purchases. Creative Experiences Terry Evans AB will never get access to your bank or card information!

Card payment (VISA & MasterCard):
When the card payment has been implemented the purchasing sum will be reserved on your credit/debit card or on your bank account. But we will not debit money from your credit/debit card or the bank account until just before delivery of the ordered item. No information about your debit/credit card will be stored. All purchases will be connected to DIBS? secure payment server which means that your card information only will go to DIBS and your bank. The transmission of the information is encrypted. Creative Experiences Terry Evans AB will never have access to this card information which will increase the security for you as the customer.

Payment by Direct Bank
Currently we accept payments from Swedbank (we are planning to enter agreements with other banks too). All purchases will be connected with DIBS, secure payment server which means that all sensitive information will only go to DIBS and to your bank. Creative Experiences Terry Evans AB will never have access to this card information which will increase the security for you as the customer.
Cookies
According to the new law regarding electronic communication that took effect on July 25, 2003 everyone that visits a website should be informed about what cookies are used for and should be offered the opportunity to deny such usage.
Creativexperiences.com uses so called session cookies in order for the web shop to work. While you are visiting the website the cookie will be sent between your computer and the server in order to connect information. The session cookies will disappear when you turn off your browser.
Our cookies do not contain information about individuals. The information is anonymous and cannot be traced to an individual.
Session cookies are simply used for technical reasons and if you cannot accept session cookies being stored then you can turn off the function in the security settings on your browser. However, the function will then be affected and the web shop will not work accordingly.
