The income from occasional sales is not something that has to be declared in the income-tax return as long as the total proceeds are less than 50 000 kr. If you sell items regularly you should declare the income in your income-tax return regardless if you earned a lot or a little money. You present the income as a hobby or a business operation depending on the purpose with the operation and the extent of it. Read more about it at 'Skatteverket'.
